Why test your right click speed
Most click speed tests focus on the left button, but plenty of games and workflows lean on the right button just as hard. Placing blocks, aiming down sights, casting a secondary ability or opening radial menus can all depend on how quickly and reliably you can right click. Testing that button on its own gives you a truer picture of the hand you bring to those moments.
The right index or middle finger often has less practice than the left, so many people are surprised to find their right click speed lags behind. That gap is worth knowing about. Once you can see the number, you can train the weaker button directly instead of assuming both hands and both fingers perform the same.
How the right click area works
Normally a right click opens your browser's context menu, which would interrupt the test instantly. Inside the click box ClickStorm suppresses that menu so your presses register cleanly as score, exactly like a left click test. Outside the box the menu behaves normally, so the rest of the page still works the way you expect.
Everything else mirrors the standard CPS test. Pick a duration, start clicking with the right button, and watch your clicks, elapsed time and CPS update live. When the timer ends the area locks and your best right click score is saved locally, so you can come back and try to beat it any time.

Why is my right click slower than my left click?
For most people the left button gets far more use, so the muscles and timing behind it are better trained. The right click often catches up quickly once you start practising it on its own.
Why does no context menu appear when I right click?
The test disables the context menu inside the click area so your right clicks count as score instead of opening a menu. The menu still works normally everywhere else on the page.
Can I use this on a laptop trackpad?
Yes, as long as your trackpad supports a right click gesture, usually a two finger tap or a press in the bottom right corner. A physical mouse button is generally faster and more consistent.
